What is the best hot sauce?

I used to make my own hot sauce andam an avid, no psychotic lover of hot peppers, what is your favorite hot sauce you have tried?
I love peri peri sauce
have tried Don Picantes gourmet hot sauce(out of business ;-(
Republic of Panama -aji chombo (garli and mustard habanero sauce)
the one with the crazy people on the front screaming if pretty damn good too!!
Franks Red Hot or Cajun Chef Lousiana hot sauce. Good sandby – Tabasco.
For me and my family, it’s Franks Red Hot. I’ve tried so many including Tabasco, but Franks is tops!

My personal favorite is Thai Sriracha Chili Sauce, it is great on everything!

my two favs are: Texas Pete and Tiger Sauce
Texas Pete is a regular red hot sauce, not too hot though, just the right amount of punch
Tiger Sauce I love for a different taste, it’s spicey but it’s sweet too.
Crystal is my favorite. It has spiciness but also a really nice flavor. To me, Tabasco is kind of icky:-)
cajohn’s fiery foods brand. they make tons of great hot sauces. john hard has won a lot of competitions and is on the cutting edge in the hot sauce world. if you are a true chili-head, i would recommend you check out his products. you can order products on-line. they have these chili extract sauces that are ridiculous. you can get pure liquid capsaicin if you want.
Frank’s Red Hot
My husband is a hot pepper freak also. We have 20 some varieties of hot sauce on hand at all times. My personal favorites are Cholula, and Smack my @$$ & Call Me Sally. My 5 year old is a big fan of Franks red hot. My Husband’s favorite is called Endorphin Rush. It Is Very hot for me but it does have a nice sweetness and flavors beyond “face melt” We get some of our favorite hot sauces from a resturant called Tijuana Flats.
