    Normal mustard will do

Have you got any mustard at all? English or even Amercian squeezy? Try some of that with a tsp of vinegar as dijon mustard is quite a strong/acid flavour…
    Good luck ;-)

why would you want honey? … You can add some horseradish to regular yellow mustard; or just mix some yellow mustard with a little mayo, celery seed, pepper, seasoned salt – maybe some oregano or basil. If you have Creole or Spicy Brown mustard, you can use that instead, but honey mustard wouldn’t necessarily be a good substitute (depending what you need it for)

    Dijon mustard
From Dijon, France, this mustard is distinguished from others because it is flavored with verjus (juice made from unripe grapes). The mustard is made from brown or black mustard seed and has a smooth, not-too-acidic flavor. The original recipe was created by Jean Naigeon in 1856

    Ingredient Substitutions
    Yellow mustard (more tart)

Mix 1 tbls. mustard and 1 teaspoon sugar. Powdered sugar is better and even brown sugar would be close!

You could use the spicy brown mustard.

just skip it you won’t notice you didn’t add it.. one teaspoon is nothing. dijon mustard is not a sweet mustard, the pineapples give you the sweetness in the meal.
