is there a mustard pickle recipe using green&yellow beans and/or cucumbers?

I have already made dill pickles & bread & butter pickles. now I want to make a relish or similar to put on sandwiches. At the moment i have too many cucumbers and green&yellow butter beans so want to use them.

I have an allergy to mustard/mustard seed. Is there any thing I can use for a substitute in recipes?

Is there a substitute for mustard that can be used in recipes calling for it?

I have 2 burning bushes. There is yellow mustard like stuff on the ground by them. What is it?

It does look like a dog was sick, that is what I thought at first that the dog was sick but then realized that he wont go by the bushes.

I am allergic to mustard and cumin and leave them out of recipes when I cook. Since they are used to add flavor to a dish I am wondering if there is something that would be a good substitute for them when cooking to add flavor to the dish.
