Instead of safe..I should have said…what about the raw flour? Have always thought you should cook flour before eating it.

Has anybody ever experienced rotten yellow mustard? Just opened a new jar and it reeked like eggs!?

Just opened a new jar and didn’t notice a smell. Then I put some in my mouth and it was really bitter. I smelled it and it smelled like rotten eggs! I’ve never heard of rotten mustard..has anybody? And how could a brand new mustard be rotten?
