Does anyone know of a recipe that has chicken breast, brown mustard, and chicken broth in it?

I am trying to find out the name of the recipe. I thought it was curry chicken but I am finding nothing with the same ingredients.

How can I use brown mustard with turkey breast cutlets??

I have this stuff called “Stadium Mustard” which is basically brown mustard. I love the stuff.
Any suggestions how I could use it with turkey breast cutlets? Don’t want to make anything with excessive fat/calories and prefer no flour.
