Recipes using mustard?

I work in a hotel and everyone that checks out leaves a bottle of mustard behind. What to do with all this mustard? Anyone who has a recipe using mustard, please let me know.

Well it all depends on the mustard if its English or french you can add it too mash potato to spice up bangers and mash or if its Dijon or wholegrain then you can add it to a bechamel sauce to make mustard sauce for pork chops or steaks
If they are opened containers, throw them away. Don’t take a chance.
