Is there a difference between Prepared Mustard, and just regular Yellow mustard in the jar?

Prepared mustard is the stuff you put on hamburgers and hot dogs. If it’s in some sort of squeezable or spreadable form, it’s prepared mustard. If you have just regular mustard that you use to spread on bread or burgers, you have prepared mustard.
The other kind is dry mustard powder. The name is descriptive.
NO, its the same stuff.
They are the same. If you want something different, try Dijon or spicy mustard.
