Included in that group were Betty and Nancy Tokumoto and Betty’s husband, David Hall, who still is active in the company today. Betty and Nancy grew up in Okinawa, Bangkok, and Hawaii and attended college in Oregon; so they have a unique ability to blend the cooking styles of the Far East with the tastes of the Pacific Northwest. Gary Siemens, a Missoula physician joined the company in 1984 and Craig Langel, an accountant, joined the company in 1997.
