    Wish you had posted the recipe, if it is for flavoring try a bit of yellow.

    A small amount of yellow will work but the recipe will taste different. You could blend a small amount of horseradish (if you have that) with the yellow to get a taste a little closer to brown. Dijon mustard is closer to brown than yellow mustard.
