    Not for a *really* long time. I’m not sure how you’d tell, it would probably start to separate.

    this might sound gross but I had some mustard in the fridge and it was a year over expiration. It still tasted great and I didn’t even get sick. I was in shock at first though.

    I prefer brown mustard, so my answer would be “it’s already gone bad”.
